How do I connect my Facebook page?

In order to start seeing and responding to customer mentions and reviews from Facebook in Perch, you need to have a Facebook Business Page connected to your personal Facebook account.

First, if you know your business doesn't have a Facebook Page, visit this link to create one.

My business already has a Facebook Page.
If you already have a Facebook Page for your business but can't connect it in Perch, one of these common issues may apply:

1. My business has a Facebook Page but I don't manage it.
To get access to manage your Facebook Page, you have the following options:

Contact the current owner or administrator of your Facebook Page and ask them to add you to the list of admins for your business. For more information, visit this link.
If you are unable to contact the owner or administrator of your Facebook Page, create a new page here.

2. I use my personal Facebook account for my business.
Perch Inbox only works with Facebook Pages. If you are using your personal Facebook account to represent your business, Facebook makes it easy to migrate it to a Facebook Page. Visit this link to learn how.

3. Perch is missing important permissions for my business.
Important permissions maybe missing. You can fix this easily by visiting the Business Integrations settings on Facebook. Click on ThriveHive and ensure that the page you would like to use in Perch is checked for all options: Manage your Pages, Show a list of the pages you manage, and Publish as Pages you manage
